Liam Gallagher Denies Retirement Rumours

Liam Gallagher has denied the rumours that he is retiring from music. Reports from The Sun newspaper revealed that Gallagher may have said he was retiring from music to a fan on Monday (March 7): “I am retired now. I can write 25 songs but all of them will be shit”.

Adding to this, the ex-Oasis frontman while tweeting about the Brits wrote that British music had been “abducted by massive cunts” and was thankful that he “got out when I got out” backing up claims made by the tabloid paper. The claims were denied by Gallagher’s PR.

Gallagher also said that the chances of a solo album were very low saying on twitter: “Solo record, are you fucking tripping dickhead?” He went on to explain why he wouldn’t release an album saying it’s because he is “not a cunt”.
